La Ferme Saint-Siméon, first a dwelling house in 1631, then a Farm Inn from 1825 onwards, has since become a luxurious and historic Relais & Châteaux establishment. 200 years of hotel tradition create timeless moments, and 400 years of history adorn the premises with the greatest names that have passed through it.

Take a step back in time at La Ferme Saint-Siméon. A unique, sophisticated location in a poetic setting, bathed in the gentle glow of Normandy light. Situated on the heights of Honfleur, our house keeps a watchful eye on the town, whose center is just a 5-minute walk away.
Built in the 17th century, La Ferme Saint-Siméon has been home to a succession of Impressionist painters. Masterpieces were created here, and great names were unveiled. These extraordinary encounters gave rise to the famous Honfleur School of Impressionism, known as the Saint-Siméon School.
Experience Honfleur as it was in days gone by and take a ride in a horse-drawn carriage. Take a seat in our magnificent period carriage and let yourself be guided to the rhythm of the horses led by our master rider, Benoît Farain.
Master the colors and light of Honfleur as well as the Impressionist painters. Our watercolor classes, taught by a local artist, and our Norman Home offer the perfect setting to inspire you.
Escape to the Spa
Le Spa Potager
Located in the historic vegetable garden of La Mère Toutain and in a former painter’s studio, the Spa Potager offers a private retreat for wellness with a view of the Seine Estuary. It is a place where the history of the house and its natural surroundings come together in an intimate and soothing atmosphere.
Designed as a true haven of relaxation, the Spa Potager features a sauna with a view of the estuary, a hammam, and an outdoor hot tub—all to be enjoyed as the light and seasons change.
To enhance this wellness experience, we have partnered with Maison Caulières, a master olive oil producer with unique artisanal expertise passed down from generation to generation for over 300 years. A symbol of refinement and authenticity, Maison Caulières celebrates the very essence of nature through high-end body treatments, herbal teas, and a selection of exceptional honeys.
The Spa Potager can be reserved for private use in 1.5-hour time slots, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., for 1 to 4 people, at a rate of €220.
For your comfort, bathrobes and towels are provided.

To extend your wellness experience, our therapists welcome you to the treatment rooms at the Maison Historique de la Ferme Saint Siméon.
We partner with Olivier Claire, whose skincare products combine expertise with natural active ingredients, to offer you massages and body treatments in an atmosphere that promotes relaxation.

Offering cuisine that is both simple and rich in flavors, La Boucane exudes authenticity. Located near the estuary, the bistro at Ferme Saint-Siméon pays tribute to seafood delicacies. This 'old thatched cottage', a historic 17th-century annex, served as inspiration for Monet and other Impressionist painters.

Superb hotel ideally located - very pleasant walk to the port. The buildings are superb and the setting is beautiful, everything is very well maintained.
